When we ship here at Cady Corals our priority is to ensure the health of each animal even through the stress of relocation. Your orders will be packed into plastic cups or double layer bags for transport. We use insulated packaging with a temperature adjuster when necessary. An email will be sent to you once your order is shipped out with a tracking number for your convenience. It is recommended that you prepare to receive your order immediately upon arrival. -Where does my order ship from?

All of our shipping is done out of Central North Caroina. We ensure that all product is pest free when shipped out.

-How much is shipping?

Shipping is $45 for all orders across the US. Free shipping for orders over $250.

-Do the coral photos I see get edited to appear more appealing?

No, all photos are taken to look as close to what we see in our tanks. No saturation is applied to our photos!

If death on arrival for any coral or animal is to occur we will reimburse for the deceased species. However, we ask that you be available immediately upon the arrival of your order to get them into their forever home! DOA is quite uncommon to have occur but on the chance it does we hope to ensure that all customers are satisfied.
