Refund policy

If death on arrival for any coral or animal is to occur we will reimburse a store credit for the deceased species. However, we ask that you be available immediately upon the arrival of your order to get them into their forever home! DOA is quite uncommon to have occur but on the chance it does we hope to ensure that all customers are satisfied. We request photos to be sent in of the deceased species within 2 hours of arrival.
